Hubungan Antara Adversity Quotient Dan Work-Study Conflict Pada Mahasiswa Yang Bekerja

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to investigate to relationship between adversity quotient and work-study conflict at 97 working college students in Yogyakarta. Data was collected using Adversity Quotient Scale and Work-study Conflict Scale. Analysis data using Pearson product moment showed that adversity quotient correlates negatively with work-study conflict (r=-0,639, p<0.01). This means that the higher the adversity quotient score, the lower they experienced work-study conflict. Key words: adversity quotient, work-study conflict, working college students ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan adversity dan konflik belajar-bekerja pada mahasiswa bekerja di Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan adversity dan konflik belajar-bekerja. Analisis data mennggunakan product moment Pearson telah menunjukkan kecerdasan adversity berkorelasi negatif dengan konflik belajar-kerja (r=0,639 p <0.01). Ini berarti bahwa mereka yang memiliki skor tinggi pada kecerdasan adversity akan mengalami konflik belajar-bekerja yang rendah.
