Focus and Scope
Thaqafiyyat: Jurnal Bahasa, Peradaban dan Informasi Islam is a scholarly journal that centers its attention on Islamic language; Islamic culture and civilization; and Islamic information science. The primary objective of the journal is to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and research findings in these specific domains.
Islamic Language: Thaqafiyyat journal emphasizes the study of language within the context of Islam. It includes research articles and studies that explore various aspects of the Arabic language, its grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, and linguistic features specific to Islamic texts. The journal may also cover topics related to language acquisition, teaching methodologies, and the role of language in Islamic discourse and literature.
Islamic Culture and Civilization: Thaqafiyyat acknowledges the importance of Islamic culture and civilization. It provides a platform for scholarly articles and discussions on various aspects of Islamic culture, including but not limited to arts, literature, music, architecture, traditions, rituals, customs, and the broader cultural expressions found within different Muslim societies throughout history. The journal aims to deepen the understanding of Islamic culture and its relationship with religious beliefs and practices.
Islamic Information Science: Thaqafiyyat also highlights the field of Islamic Information Science. This area focuses on the application of information science principles within the context of Islamic knowledge and resources. It encompasses the organization, retrieval, preservation, and management of Islamic information using information science methodologies and technologies. This may include topics such as Islamic knowledge organization, digital libraries, information retrieval from Islamic sources, and the ethical considerations of managing Islamic information.

Peer Review Process
Every manuscript which is submitted to Thaqafiyyat: Jurnal Bahasa, Peradaban dan Informasi Islam is independently reviewed by the reviewers. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based on their reports/recommendation. For detail steps as follows:
- Every submitted paper will be reviewed at least two reviewers.
- Reviewer is unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewer.
- Reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.
- Should any corrections are needed, articles will be returned to the author, who will then made corrections as suggested by reviewers, and resubmit the corrected paper.
- Final decision will be made by editors whether the article is sound for publication or rejected.
- In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.
Publication Frequency
THAQAFIYYAT: Jurnal Bahasa, Peradaban dan Informasi Islam, ISSN: 1411-5727 (Print); ISSN: 2550-0937 (Online) periodically will publish for new edition twice in a year.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Article Publication Charge (APC)
Thaqafiyyat: Jurnal Bahasa, Peradaban dan Informasi Islam does not charge authors and readers with any fee. All the process of submission, publication, and maintenance of publication are free of charge.
Plagiarism Screening and Originality
The editors of Thaqafiyyat: Jurnal Bahasa, Peradaban dan Informasi Islam is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always drive such decisions. The editors may be guided by the policies of the journal and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Furthermore, the manuscript is authenticly belongs to the author(s) and offer something new in the related study. The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making their decisions.
