Bullying behavior can occur several factors that can cause bullying behavior, namely family factors, peer factors, and mass media factors. The Federation of Indonesian Teachers' Unions (FSGI) noted that the January-September 2023 period saw 23 cases of bullying in education units. Bullying can have an impact on the individuals involved in it, namely the perpetrators, witnesses, and victims. This happens because toxic relationships today can not only occur in romantic relationships but friendships can even occur in families. From the results of the SWOT matrix conducted, the provision of this service is carried out so that students also need to understand the criteria for good relationships with partners, siblings, parents and healthy friendships through empathy, active listening, sincerity and unconditional acceptance.
