ANALISIS PENGARUH MINAT TERHADAP SELF-EFFICACY ANGGOTA KOMUNITAS PPTD FDK UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA DENGAN PLS

Abstract
Pusat Pengembangan Teknologi Dakwah (PPTD) is a laboratory for Da’wah and Communication Faculty of Sunan Kalijaga Islamic State University ’s students which in its development forms a community as a forum for skills training to produce television program, radio and graphic design. The purpose of this study is determining how much influence of the interest of activeness in PPTD toward the self-efficacy of students, both active students and alumni of the PPTD community. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative descriptive and Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square (PLS) is a structural equation model (SEM) based on components or variants. This study gave the result that there was a significant influence between interest of activeness in PPTD on student self-efficacy, which was 48.4%. In addition, there is a very strong correlation between interest of activeness in PPTD and student self-efficacy, which is 0.701.

Abstrak
Pusat Pengembangan Teknologi Dakwah (PPTD) merupakan laboratorium praktik kuliah mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwa dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Kalijaga yang pada perkembangannya membentuk komunitas sebagai wadah pelatihan keterampilan untuk memproduksi acara televisi, radio dan disain grafis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh minat keaktifan di PPTD terhadap efikasi diri mahasiswa baik mahasiswa yang masih aktif maupun alumni komunitas PPTD. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Partial Least Square (PLS) merupakan model persamaan Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis komponen atau varian. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat keaktifan di PPTD terhadap efikasi diri mahasiswa, yaitu sebesar 48,4%. Di samping itu terdapat korelasi yang sangat kuat antara minat keaktifan di PPTD dan efikasi diri mahasiswa, yaitu sebesar 0,701.
