Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba menggambarkan teologi feminis menurut perspektif Kristen Protestan yang melihat bahwa  masalah ketidakadilan dan kekerasan adalah masalah teologi yang dikategorikan sebagai pelanggaran iman. Sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk mereinterpretasi Alkitab dan membacanya dengan mata baru agar dapat menemukan wajah Yesus yang dalam pelayananNya. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan Kalangan Protestan memahami segala bentuk kekerasan fisik maupun nonfisik, makro maupun mikro, bukan lagi sekedar bentuk pelanggaran HAM tetapi juga sebagai pelanggaran iman. Namun, Gereja pun dapat menjadi lembaga yang paling diskriminatif terhadap perempuan.
