Abstract

Nikah sirri menjadi sebuah perbincangan hangat dan menarik ketika keberadaan nikah tersebut terekspose oleh media massa. Peristiwa nikah sirri di masyarakat sangat banyak. Padahal nikah sirri atau nikah di bawah tangan merupakan sebuah praktek pernikahan yang melanggar  aturan agama dan perundang-undangan.
