PERAN MATERI PEMBEKALAN KKN TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN ADAPTIVE SKILL MAHASISWA (STUDI DESKRIPTIF KUANTITATIF PADA PESERTA KKN UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA ANGKATAN 114)

Abstract - The Community Service Program (KKN) is a mandatory subject for undergraduate students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga as an integral part of one of the Tri Dharmas of Higher Education. One important factor that influences students' success in carrying out KKN is the material provided before students go into the field. It is hoped that comprehensive and relevant training materials can increase students' readiness to adapt to new environments and complete KKN assignments. One of the competencies that is very important for students in undergoing KKN is adaptive skills. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of KKN training materials on the adaptive skills of UIN Sunan Kalijaga students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. We collected data through observation activities and by filling out a list of questions using a Google Form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of providing KKN training materials on the adaptive skills of KKN students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This can be seen from the assessment results from person who often interacts with students during KKN and DPL (Field Supervisor) of 92 with very good assessment criteria.

Abstrak - Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa jenjang sarjana di UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan KKN adalah pembekalan materi KKN yang diberikan sebelum mahasiswa terjun ke lapangan. Materi pembekalan yang komprehensif dan relevan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas KKN. Salah satu kompetensi yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa dalam menjalani KKN adalah adaptive skill atau kemampuan adaptasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh materi pembekalan KKN terhadap adaptive skill mahasiswa UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kegiatan observasi dan pengisian daftar pertanyaan (angket) menggunakan google form. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian materi pembekalan KKN pada adaptive skill Mahasiswa KKN di UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Hal ini dapat di ketahui dari hasil penilaian dari induk semang (orang yang sering berinteraksi dengan mahasiswa selama KKN) dan DPL (Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan) sebesar 92 dengan kriteria penilaian sangat baik.

PENDAMPINGAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING UMKM BATIK DI DUSUN PIJENAN

Abstract - Digital marketing strategies are crucial factors in improving the competitiveness of MSMEs in the era of globalization. Dusun Pijenan, a batik producer in Bantul Regency, faces challenges in marketing its products. Reliance on conventional marketing methods has limited the market reach of batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan. Currently, 80% of batik MSME sales in Dusun Pijenan rely on resellers, while only 20% come from direct buyers. This situation results in lower selling prices to resellers, thereby limiting business revenue. Therefore, a digital marketing training and mentoring program has been designed to assist batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan in optimizing digital technology to enhance market potential and competitiveness. This mentoring activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which directly involves MSME actors in the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies. Several factors, such as limited technological knowledge, difficulties in managing digital marketing accounts, and a lack of personnel to manage digital platforms, pose challenges that need to be addressed during the mentoring process. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in visibility and customer interaction through the creation of digital marketing platforms, such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. Additionally, the growth in online visitors from the creation of digital platforms was successfully implemented by the seven batik MSMEs in Dusun Pijenan. This mentoring program demonstrates that digital marketing can enhance the market potential and competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

SPIRITUALITAS SOSIAL DAN BUDAYA JAWA DALAM MEMBANGUN WISATA DESA: STUDI KASUS DESA NGAWONGGO, JAWA TIMUR

The research aims to find propositions in linking aspects of spirituality with the social environment. This action is carried out on the model of the development of tourist destinations in Javanese culture. Tourists have an important role in running the tourism village business sector. This behavior is certainly based on patterns and actions in regulating the mechanism of running village tourism. The existing form of village tourism makes tourists must have interesting characteristics to survive. Until finally this form of tourism development follows the approach of Javanese tradition by emphasizing attitudes that are supported by spirituality. This research uses a qualitative approach, by conducting in-depth interviews with tourists. Tourists have mental strength in making traditions a model of tourism development. Various motives and benefits have been obtained by tourists. Until researchers found a pattern of relationships that make this tour develop quickly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the results obtained in this study are expected to make a theoretical contribution related to the model of tourism village development that has strong Javanese cultural characteristics. Social spirituality becomes a bridge in the realm of thought of tourists in moving the values of religion then implemented in the development of social values. To give rise to a new concept in interpreting the thoughts of tourists and social actions carried out. In addition, researchers also get three values of social spirituality used, namely, Trust, Believe, and Sincere.

PENDAMPINGAN PIRT DONAT SINGKONG UNTUK KOMUNITAS IBU-IBU DI KAMPUNG CAHAYA, JAKARTA

In 2023, community service activities in Kampung Cahaya faced challenges in producing cassava donuts. Specifically, the donuts were not durable, lacked a distribution permit (P-IRT number), and were being marketed in a limited manner. To address these issues, it is essential to develop more standardized product innovations that are both feasible for production and suitable for sale. The proposed solution is to obtain a P-IRT permit for the women of Kampung Cahaya Village to standardize their cassava donut products. This initiative aims to assist these women in meeting product standards by using packaging labels that comply with regulatory requirements and ensuring that their production facilities meet all necessary inspection criteria. The implementation of this community service project involves two main stages: (1) Development of the knowledge and skills of women regarding effective processing systems and standards for frozen cassava donuts, and (2) Training on food safety and product permitting. The outcomes of these community service activities have led to improvements in the standardization of donut products, including the use of compliant packaging labels and enhancements in production techniques and facilities to meet established standards.

Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada tahun 2023 pembuatan produk donat singkong di Kampung Cahaya terdapat kendala yaitu produk donat yang tidak tahan lama dan belum memiliki izin edar (nomor P-IRT) serta masih dipasarkan secara terbatas. Untuk itu diperlukan inovasi produk yang lebih terstandar untuk layak diproduksi dan layak dijual. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuata izin P-IRT donat singkong untuk Ibu-Ibu di Kampung Cahaya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada Ibu-Ibu di Kampung Cahaya dalam standarisasi produk donat singkong dengan penggunaan label kemasan yang telah memenuhi kriteria label serta hasil pemeriksaan sarana produksi yang telah memenuhi standar persyaratan yang ditetapkan. Pelaksanaan abdimas pendampingan pengurusan P-IRT di Kampung Cahaya dilakukan dalam 2 tahap utama, yaitu (1) Pengembangan kualitas dan wawasan SDM Ibu-Ibu mengenai sistem dan standar pengolahan produk donat singkong frozen yang baik, (2) pelatihan keamanan pangan dan izin produk. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Abdimas pendampingan pengurusan P-IRT memberikan perubahan standarisasi produk donat dengan penggunaan label kemasan yang telah memenuhi kriteria label dan perubahan teknik sertal sarana produksi yang telah memenuhi standar persyaratan yang ditetapkan.

PENERAPAN TROLI ANGKUT ERGONOMI PADA PEMINDAHAN BAHAN BAKU ADONAN BATA MERAH DI UMKM KALIWUNGU KUDUS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS

Government support and related parties is very necessary for MSMEs who often face challenges such as limited capital, market access and technology, to increase competitiveness and sustainability.. The application of ergonomic technology in the production process can increase efficiency and productivity, especially in small and medium industries (SMEs). This PKM aims to implement ergonomic trolleys in the red brick making process at UMKM Kaliwungu, Kudus, in order to reduce physical workload and increase productivity. The method used in this PKM uses a quantitative method by providing assistance and counseling on ergonomic aspects in the design of production aids through four stages, namely partner situation analysis, partner problem identification, PKM implementation and evaluation of PKM implementation. The results of the study showed that the use of ergonomic trolleys was able to increase the efficiency of transporting raw materials by 27.59% and reduce the risk of injury due to repetitive manual activities. In addition, productivity increased by 38.15% after the implementation of ergonomic trolleys. Positive impacts were also felt by workers who claimed to be more comfortable and less tired while working

The development of community-based tourism villages in Sembego Village, Maguwoharjo, Sleman Regency, is a strategic effort to optimize local potential while improving the welfare of the community in a sustainable manner. A key focus is to enhance the community's digital literacy through socialization, education programs, and the creation of a village website as an information and promotional tool. This website is designed to provide complete information about Taman Wanasutan Asri Tourism Village, including tourist attractions, facilities, and events, while expanding marketing networks through digital platforms. The implementation method includes identifying environmental issues, selecting priority solutions, and involving the community in every stage. This program is expected to have a positive impact by improving the community's digital skills, strengthening their understanding of community-based tourism, and creating an inclusive and sustainable tourism ecosystem. With this development, Sembego Village is expected to become a competitive tourism destination that contributes positively to the local economy and serves as an inspiring model for other tourism villages in Indonesia.

MODEL PEMBERDAYAAN BERBASIS PENTAHELIX DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT LITERASI SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract - This study aims to examine the implementation of a pentahelix-based empowerment model in an effort to increase literacy interest among primary school students. The pentahelix model involves five important elements, namely academics, businesses, communities, government and media, which synergistically work together to create a productive literacy ecosystem. The problem of low interest in reading in Indonesia, which is reflected in the low international literacy rankings, is the background to the importance of this collaborative approach. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a field study approach in several elementary schools. The results show that the implementation of the pentahelix model can significantly increase students' interest in reading, especially when all elements play an active role according to their capacity. Strong collaboration between pentahelix elements creates a more contextualized, interesting and meaningful learning experience for students. This study recommends replicating this model at the primary education level more widely to strengthen literacy culture from an early age.

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi model pemberdayaan berbasis pentahelix dalam upaya meningkatkan minat literasi di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Model pentahelix melibatkan lima unsur penting, yaitu akademisi, pelaku usaha, komunitas, pemerintah, dan media yang secara sinergis bekerja sama dalam menciptakan ekosistem literasi yang produktif. Permasalahan rendahnya minat baca di Indonesia, yang tercermin dari peringkat literasi internasional yang masih rendah, menjadi latar belakang pentingnya pendekatan kolaboratif ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan pada beberapa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pentahelix mampu meningkatkan minat baca siswa secara signifikan, terutama ketika semua elemen berperan aktif sesuai kapasitasnya. Kolaborasi yang kuat antar unsur pentahelix menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual, menarik, dan bermakna bagi siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan replikasi model ini pada tingkat pendidikan dasar secara lebih luas untuk memperkuat budaya literasi sejak dini.

SOSIALISASI PARENTING: STRATEGI DAN PERSIAPAN MEMILIH SEKOLAH KE JENJANG SELANJUTNYA

Parenting socialization is a strategic step in supporting optimal early childhood development, especially in the aspects of physical, emotional, focus ability, and social interaction. This activity aims to increase parents' understanding of their roles and responsibilities in educating children in the home environment. The socialization program was held at Permata Hati Kindergarten, Pagentan, Singosari, Malang, involving 58 participants consisting of 55 women and 3 men, aged between 25 and 45 years. The materials presented included guidance on choosing the right school, effective communication techniques, emotional management, educational games that train children's focus and motor skills, and learning strategies that are fun and in accordance with the child's developmental stage. Through this activity, parents gained knowledge to choose educational institutions that match their children's interests and potential, manage emotions positively, monitor children's growth and development holistically, and strengthen the synergy between the role of family and school institutions in creating a conducive and supportive learning environment for children.

PELUANG BISNIS SHOPEE AFFILIATE: MENGUBAH HOBI BELANJA ONLINE JADI CUAN

Shopee Affiliate is an affiliate program that offers opportunities for young people to generate income through product promotion on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This article aims to analyze the potential of Shopee Affiliate as an easily accessible and relevant digital business solution for the younger generation. The method used in this article is an observation and evaluation of the Shopee Affiliate socialization and training seminar held for the target group of youth in the local community. The discussion covers the basic concept of Shopee Affiliate, registration steps, effective promotion strategies, and the benefits of this program for participants. Based on the training results, it was found that Shopee Affiliate is able to provide business opportunities without large capital with high time flexibility. The conclusion of this article confirms the importance of practice-based training to help young people understand and optimize the Shopee Affiliate program as a sustainable digital economy opportunity.

IMPLEMENTASI NILAI-NILAI ISRA' MI'RAJ DALAM KEGIATAN LOMBA MAHASISWA KKM DI MASYARAKAT DESA KALIREJO

Isra' Mi'raj is an important event in Islam that contains spiritual and moral values. To commemorate Isra' Mi'raj 1445 H, KKM group 50 UIN Malang students conducted activities in Kalirejo Village as a form of community service. This activity includes competitions for adhan, iqomah, colouring, memorising short surahs, and quiz, aiming to improve children's religious understanding and character. This activity involved students as committees and judges and receiving support from the community. The results showed an increase in religious understanding and interaction between students and the community, as well as a positive impact on community empowerment.
