ANALISA FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH PADA SISTEM MANUFAKTUR BERKELANJUTAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PARTIAL LEAST SQUARE

Abstract

PT. A adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha perkebunan, pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil perkebunan. Kegiatan usaha Perseroan mencakup usaha budidaya dan pengolahan tanaman kelapa sawit. Produk utama Perseroan adalah Minyak Sawit (CPO = Crude Palm Oil) dan Inti Sawit (PKO = Palm Kernel Oil). Akibat semakin meningkatnya jumlah produksi, maka berpengaruh terhadap dampak lingkungan dan ekonomi. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah produksi, maka perusahaan perlu memastikan bahwa kegiatan produksinya berjalan dengan lancar tanpa menghasilkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan yang dapat menimbulkan ancaman bagi organisasi dan ekonomi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor yang berpengaruh pada system manufaktur berkelanjutan yakni yang berkaitan dengan kinerja lingkungan, dan biaya menggunakan metode Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengadaan berkelanjutan, desain berkelanjutan, distribusi berkelanjutan dan pemulihan investasi pada system manufaktur berkelanjutan menghasilkan hubungan positif dengan seluruh indikator pada  kinerja lingkungan dan kinerja biaya
