This study aims to determine the concept of spiritual education according to Sa'īd awwa and its relevance to Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study are expected to be an offer of solutions to various individual problems and global problems that occur in the world today. The results showed: (1) The concept of spiritual education Sa'īd Hawwa in the book Tarbiyyatunā al-Ruḥiyyah is a human effort to educate the soul or spiritually through a journey to Allah swt with knowledge and remembrance so that noble character is formed. (2) The relevance between the concept and the goals of Islamic Religious Education is in the ultimate goal of both, namely noble character. Noble morals will lead people to know Allah SWT and achieve perfection 'ubūdiyyah to Him.
