Therefore, Indonesia is a pluralistic country in terms of culture, ethnicity, and religion. In Indonesia itself there are not only major religions but also local religions that have been passed down from ancestors for generations. In this study, researchers focused on the interactions that exist in the community in the Portrait of Religious Pluralism from the perspective of Nurcholis Madjid. In conducting this research, the location of the researcher is in Wonoasri Village, Grogol District, Kediri Regency. Where in the village of Wonoasri itself there are Muslims, Christians, and Catholics who have been living side by side and getting along with each other. In this study, researchers focused on the understanding of religious pluralism from the perspective of Nurcholis Madjid in Wonoasri village. In the process of completing this research, researchers used qualitative methods to help the research. The results of this study were found in Wonoasri village, which has a very peaceful, harmonious, and tolerant population, be it Islam, Christianity, and Catholicism in Wonoasri village. These three existing religions coexist and socialize with each other. In support of this argument, the article has looked at the parallel between Progressive and both religions by discussing the most common themes advanced by progressive religions as illustrated in the following four points: (1) progressive figures or organizations in Indonesia (2) social justice and religious freedom within Pancasila (3) the link between religion and modernity (4) gender equality. It is argued that the previous four points are fundamental issues that imply unfamiliar religious views that reflect their respective tenets. It is important to realize that this paper does not imply that the majority of Muslims and Indonesia are progressive. Nor does this paper want to judge whether progressive ideas are favorable or hurtful to the religion itself. Fenomena tersebut menjadi viral lantaran polemik yang tercipta akibat respon Cholil Nafis terhadap fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan penjelasan yang utuh dan menyeluruh dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber dokumentasi dari berbagai media digital. Data-data dari lapangan menujukkan dua kondisi; pertama, kondisi kerukunan yang tercipta diantara pengurus masjid Baiturrohman dan warga setempat dengan para biksu. Kedua, kondisi ketegangan yang tercipta akibat respon Cholil Nafis yang menganggap kebablasan dalam berperilaku toleran kepada umat beragama lain yang berbeda. Melalui data tersebut, hasil analisis penelitian ini menjukkan dua model rekognisi terhadap orang lain yang berbeda. Pertama adalah model pengakuan bersyarat yang menuntut kesamaan atribusi kultural dan agama. Dalam kata lain, jika atribusi dan habituasinya berbeda, maka batas-batas tertentu harus dihindari walaupun bukan dalam bidang akidah dan ibadah. Hal ini tergambar dari respon Cholil Nafis dalam penerimaannya terhadap kelompok Biksu. Kedua adalah model kesaling-pengakuan satu sama lain (<em>mutual recognition</em>) yang melampaui atribusi kultural dan agama masing-masing. Hal ini tergambar dari penyambutan kelompok Islam terhadap para biksu dengan penuh penghormatan dan rasa persaudaraan. Keduanya tidak mempersoalkan keagamaan dan perbedaan habituasinya.</p> <p>This research attempts to present a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of 44 monks performing spiritual thudong who visited at Baiturrohman Mosque in Temanggung. The phenomenon went viral because of a polemic created by Cholil Nafis' response to the phenomenon. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach to provide a complete and comprehensive explanation by utilising documentary sources from various digital media. The data from the ground shows two conditions; first, the harmony created between takmir of Baiturrohman and local residents with the monks. Second, the tension created by the response of Cholil Nafis who considers it too much to behave tolerantly towards people of different religions. Through these data, the results of this research analysis show two recognition models of the others. The first is a partial recognition that requires similarities in cultural and religious attributions. In other words, if the attributions and habituasions are different, then certain boundaries must be avoided although not matter of creed and worship. This is shown by Cholil Nafis's response in his acceptance of the Monks group. The second is a mutual recognition that is beyond the cultural and religious attributions of each. This is shown in the Islamic group's welcoming of the monks with a sense of respect and brotherhood. Di Indonesia, yang dikenal dengan keberagamannya, sering muncul masalah intoleransi di mana perbedaan dianggap negatif dan kebenaran subjektif dipaksakan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya menghargai perbedaan. Salah satu metode yang terbukti efektif adalah dakwah melalui media sosial, seperti yang dilakukan oleh Habib Ja'far, yang menekankan pentingnya moderasi dalam beragama di negara dengan keragaman tinggi. Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini: Pertama, bagaimana pesan moderasi beragama yang disampaikan oleh Habib Ja'far di YouTube? Kedua, bagaimana reaksi penonton terhadap dakwah tersebut? Ketiga, seberapa besar kontribusi konten dakwah Habib Ja'far dalam membentuk pemahaman tentang keberagaman di kalangan penonton? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konten, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menilai konten video dan tanggapan penonton melalui komentar di YouTube secara sistematis. Teori yang diterapkan mencakup moderasi beragama dan komunikasi digital, yang menjadi dasar untuk menganalisis penyebaran pesan moderasi dalam konteks platform digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reaksi positif penonton terhadap dakwah Habib Ja'far dapat berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keberagaman dan menanamkan sikap toleransi. Banyak komentar penonton yang mengungkapkan apresiasi terhadap dakwah moderasi ini, yang membantu mereka menyadari pentingnya menghargai perbedaan. Berbeda dengan mayoritas film horor lokal yang berfokus pada ruqyah Islam atau cerita rakyat, Kuasa Gelap mengeksplorasi eksorsisme Katolik yang kaya akan simbolisme religius dan spiritualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana film ini mengartikulasikan simbol-simbol religius seperti salib, air suci, dan doa eksorsisme sebagai elemen penting dalam menggambarkan konflik antara kekuatan baik dan jahat. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika untuk menggali makna di balik simbol-simbol tersebut. Kerangka teori Paul Tillich tentang simbol religius digunakan untuk menguraikan bagaimana simbol-simbol tersebut menyampaikan makna yang lebih dalam tentang iman, spiritualitas, dan keberanian eksistensial. Film ini menawarkan perspektif menarik dalam konteks masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas Muslim, di mana perpaduan simbol-simbol religius Katolik menciptakan dialog antara tradisi keyakinan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film ini bukan sekadar horor, tetapi juga sarana untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengartikulasikan pengalaman spiritual dan konflik eksistensial. The Qur'an and the Bible, as the main sacred texts in the Islamic and Christian traditions, respectively guide man's responsibility to the environment. This study explores how these two sacred texts address environmental issues in the context of climate change. This study aims to analyze and compare environmental teachings in the Qur'an and the Bible, identify similarities and differences in the principles of ecological responsibility, and evaluate their theological and practical implications for climate crisis mitigation efforts. A dialogic-comparative approach is used to analyze relevant verses in the Qur'an and the Bible. The study involved a comparison of texts, identification of major themes, and analysis of theological and applicative differences in environmental contexts. The research found that the Qur'an emphasizes the concept of <em>‘Khalifah fil’ ardh’ </em>or human leadership over the earth, focusing on resource management and damage prohibition. On the contrary, the Bible teaches the responsibility of caring for the Garden of Eden and showing mercy towards living things. Theological differences include the Qur'anic view of moral reform to address environmental damage and the Qur'anic view of eschatological punishment. Despite differences in the interpretation and application of religious teachings, similarities in the principles of responsibility for God's creation offer a basis for interfaith dialogue and collaboration. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan <em>digital religion</em> dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melakukan analisis konten terhadap kolaborasi yang dilakukan oleh Ustadz Hanan Attaki dengan berbagai <em>influencer</em>. Penelitian ini melibatkan audiens dari berbagai latar belakang, baik yang berpengaruh di kalangan masyarakat agamis maupun non-agamis, sehingga memberikan perspektif yang komprehensif mengenai pengaruh kolaborasi tersebut. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa strategi kolaborasi yang diterapkan berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi audiens dalam konten dakwah yang disajikan. Temuan ini juga memperlihatkan bagaimana teknologi digital membentuk praktik dan pemikiran agama. Diskusi yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan <em>influencer</em> yang tepat, yang tidak hanya memahami konten yang disampaikan, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi audiens untuk mencapai tujuan dakwah yang lebih luas dan efektif.
