Abstrak

This research has “La Tabki ya Ṣaghirī” as a material object, an original soundtrack of Abṭalu Dīgital or more knows as Digimon. This movie is very popular in some Arabic, European, and American countries, even in South East Asia such as Indonesia in 2000’s. The song lyric is then analyzed by Riffaterre’s Semiotics Theory which introduces two levels of reading. First level of reading is a mimesis reading called heuristic. The second one is retroactive reading to search for model, matrix, and hypograms for acquiring the understanding of poetic structure and unity. The results show that heuristic reading to this song lyric is not adequate enough, only then in hermeneutic reading, the understanding of poetic structure and unity is acquired. The potential hypogram shows that the parents give some advices about reaching for dreams to their little child who is in despair. The dream the parents are talking about has something to do with raindrops philosophy. The models found are juhdun ‘effort’, amal ‘dream’, alwān ‘colours’, dan hayāh ‘life’. The matrix is “advises about human as khalifatullah in the world”. The actual hypogram is human’s missions as khalifatullah which are based on verses of al-Quran, hadith of the prophet, and interpretations of some mufassir such as Quraish Shihab and al-Buthi. By this research, it is concluded that khalifah is like raindrop. It emits various colour spectrums, shows beautiful rainbow, and spreads-out love. One raindrop collaborates to another and sticks together to become pulse of the world. Just like humans, they emit tolerance and accept the differences, spread-out rahmat, and collaborate to another as social beings. They show the beauty of the truth that has dimensions of space, time, and diverse perspectives, and become the most important actor in life by giving usefulness.
