The Journal House of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga, shortened to RJ-UIN Suka, is an official unit at the State Islamic University (UIN) of Sunan Kalijaga, which is formed to coordinate all academic and peer reviewed journals published at the levels of university, faculty, as well as at the study program. Currently, the RJ-UIN Suka has 88 journals members in most all subject areas, with 63 of them are nationally accredited and 5 reputable international journal with Scopus indexed. The RJ-UIN Suka is run under the supervision of the Head of Research and Publishing Center (Kapuslitbit) of LP2M UIN Sunan Kalijaga.

The main functions of RJ-UIN Suka are to assist all journal members dealing with the issues of Online Journal System (OJS) management and ensuring all infrastructures needed to develop OJS with the current technology.

The RJ-UIN Suka provides assistance for all members to develop their journals to be a reputable international journal, including dealing with international indexing institutions.

Our Mission

a. Integrating and developing academic journals in the fields of Islamic studies, scientific, and Indonesian studies in education and teaching.
b. Developing academic journals as a form of cultural ijtihad in multidisciplinary research, which benefiting academic and community interests.
c. Increasing the role of journals in solving national problems based on Islamic and scientific insights for the realization of civil society.
d. Building trust and developing cooperation with various parties to improve the quality of the academic journals in the context of developing the Tridharma of Higher Education.
