This Mentoring Activity aims to explore the implementation of premarital guidance at the KUA Kemantren Kotagede, Yogyakarta, with a focus on the process, methods, materials, and their impact on prospective married couples. Premarital guidance is a program that aims to prepare prospective brides and grooms to be mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually ready for married life. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that premarital counseling at KUA Kotagede was implemented with two main methods: classical and independent. The classical method is conducted in the form of group sessions with presenters consisting of penghulu, counselors, and medical personnel, while the independent method provides individual counseling services for couples who require more personal attention. The material presented covers various aspects of married life, such as marriage law, reproductive health, domestic communication, and conflict management. This program is expected to help couples prepare for the challenges of marriage and reduce the divorce rate. With this guidance, it is hoped that prospective married couples can build a family that is sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah, and are better prepared to live a harmonious and happy married life.
