Abstract

Memahami profil kepribadian korban bullying berdasarkan faktor-faktor kepribadiannya merupakan hal yang penting untuk dapat memberikan perlakuan yang tepat baik yang bersifat pencegahan maupun penyembuhan. Subjek penelitian adalah korban bullying di suatu SMA di kota Surakarta dan berusia minimal 16 tahun. Subjek penelitian diambil secara purposive melalui proses screening terhadap 241 siswa dan diperoleh 53 siswa sebagai korban bullying. Sebanyak 37 siswa menjadi subjek penelitian. Profil kepribadian korban bullying diungkap dengan inventori kepribadian 16 PF (Sixteen Personality Factors). Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor kepribadian yang dominan pada korban bullying adalah faktor A, B, C, F, H, M, dan O. Kata kunci: profil kepribadian, korban bullying ABSTRACT Understanding bullying victims personality profile based on personality factors are important, In order to give the right treatment which is prevention or healing. The subject of this research is bullying victims at Senior High School in Surakarta. The age of subject at least 16 years old. The subject of this research were taken by purposive method through screening process. The number of subject is 37 students and the bullying victims personality profile can be revealed by personality inventory 16 PF (Sixteen Personality Factors). The data of this research analyzed by descriptive statistics method. The result of the research is known that dominant personality factors against bullying victims are A, B, C, F, H, M, and O factor.
