Pengaruh Pelatihan Manajemen Stres Supernol Terhadap Penurunan Kecenderungan Kenakalan Remaja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pelatihan Manajemen Stress Supernol, dalam mengurangi tindak kecenderungan kenakalan remaja. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari lima belas orang partisipan, yang berusia antara lima belas hingga delapan belas tahun, dan memiliki kategori sedang hingga tinggi pada skor kecenderungan kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Kecenderungan Kenalakan, untuk mengukur tingkat kecenderungan kenakalan partisipan. Teknik analisis satistik yang digunakan adalah non parametrik, yaitu Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Manajemen Stress Supernol terbukti dapat mengurangi kecenderungan kenakalan partisipan, dengan Z= -3,233 (p<0,001) pada pengukuran antara pretest dan post-test, danZ=-2,442 (p<0,015), pada pengukuran antara post-test dan follow-up. Kata kunci: Pelatihan Manajemen Stress Supernol, Tindak Kecenderungan Kenakalan Remaja ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to examine the effect of SUPERNOL stress managemant training to reduce the tendency of juvenile deliquency. Subjects are 15 participans in 15-18 years old and had a middle until high score for juvenile deliquency category. The method of experiment used in this study was one-group pre-test—post-test design and Juvenile Deliquency Scale as the measurement scale. Analysis of the data used non-parametrical statistic by Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Results showed that Z-score of pre-test to the post-test was – 3.233 (p < 0.001) and Z-score of post-test to the follow-up was – 2.442 (p < 0.015). therefore, it can be concluded that SUPERNOL stress management trainiing decrease the participants’ tendency of juvenile deliquency.
