Abstract
This article describe about the role of actor concept sociology of development (Analysis PERGUB D.I. Yogyakarta No. 16 Tahun 2017 Tentang Jaringan Trayek Perkotaan Trans Jogja (Trans Jogja’s City Route)). Development is one of the way to raise social welfare, and do not related only by economic or politic, but social problem also. Transportation is part of development to care needs of people life’s. Actor’s policy become the main point of development, due the transportation sector using public transportation for people needs life’s. Furthermore, actor’s policy on sociology development from public transportation (Bus Trans Jogja) has important rule to gain people’s welfare (social welfare).
Artikel ini menjelaskan peran aktor kebijakan dalam sosiologi pembangunan sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. PERGUB D.I. Yogyakarta No. 16 Tahun 2017 tentang Jaringan Trayek Perkotaan Trans Jogja adalah upaya pemerintah sebagai aktor dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik melalui sektor transportasi publik (Bus Trans Jogja). Pembangungan bukan sekedar dari sektor ekonomi dan politik saja, melainkan sektor sosial juga memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan mewujudkan kesejahteraan sosial. Dengan demikian aktor kebijakan dalam sosiologi pembangunan dari sektor transportasi publik (Bus Trans Jogja) memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat.
