Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Program Pemberian Permakanan Lanjut Usia di Kelurahan Semolowaru Surabaya

Program permakanan merupakan program Pemerintah Kota Surabaya Untuk menyejahterakan masyarakat warga Penyandang Kesejahteraan Masalah Sosial sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota Surabaya Nomor 19 Tahun 2016. Kelurahan Semolowaru, kecamatan Sukolilo, kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu titik atau distrik dimana adanya program permakanan dari Pemerintah kota Surabaya sekiranya terdapat 59 orang penerima manfaat yang dikategorikan lanjut usia miskin, terlantar dan disabilitas yang menerima program permakanan ini. Beranjak dari pemikiran mengenai gizi yang diterima oleh penerima manfaat dalam hal ini sudah berusia lanjut, terdapatnya keluhan terhadap menu makanan yang bertentangan dengan kondisi kesehatan para penerima manfaat menjadi salah satu masalah didalam program pemberian makanan ini, yang mana beberapa lansia memiliki ganguan kesehatan yang mengharuskan mereka untuk mengkonsumsi makanan khusus. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas layanan menjadi bagian penting dalam program ini, agar program permakanan ini menjadi program yang sangat bermanfaat bagi penerimanya. Terdapat sekiranya 9 orang dari 59 orang penerima manfaat, mengalami keluhan ketidakcocokan pada menu makanan yang diterima oleh mereka. Rata-rata penyakit yang dialami oleh penerima manfaat yakni asam urat, kolestrol, darah tinggi dan diabetes. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan melalui kerjasama dengan Puskesmas Menur didapati 6 orang penerima manfaat yang benar-benar tidak cocok dengan menu makanan yang diterimanya.
[The food program is a Surabaya city government program. To improve the welfare of the people with Social Welfare Problems (PKMS) following Surabaya Mayor Regulation No. 19 of 2016. Semolowaru Urban Village, Sukolilo Sub-District, Surabaya City is one of the points or districts where there are eating programs from Surabaya Mayor The Surabaya city government presumably has 59 beneficiaries who are categorized as poor, neglected and disabled elderly who receive this food program. Starting from the thought about nutrition received by the beneficiaries, in this case, is old, there are complaints about the diet that is contrary to the health conditions of the beneficiaries to be one of the problems in this feeding program, where some elderly people have health problems that require them to consume special food. Therefore, improving the quality of service becomes an important part of this program, so that this food program becomes a very useful program for the recipient. There are at least 9 out of 59 beneficiaries, experiencing complaints of incompatibility on the diet received by them. The average disease experienced by the beneficiaries namely gout, cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes. After being examined in collaboration with the Menur Community Health Center, 6 beneficiaries were found to be incompatible with the food menu they received.]
