Pengembangan dan Pendampingan Bisnis Kue Berbasis Potensi Lokal untuk Masyarakat Kelurahan Karang Joang di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Program pengembangan dan pendampingan kue berbasis potensi lokal Karang Joang merupakan salah satu langkah untuk menghidupkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan pelatihan yang rencananya dalam bentuk workshop terkendala oleh ancaman pandemi COVID-19 sehingga konsep pelatihan ini bertemakan "dirumahasaja". Pelatihan yang dilakukan meliputi pra kegiatan, kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan pelatihan, kegiatan pendampingan jarak jauh, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Materi yang diajarkan tidak hanya mengenai cara pembuatan kue berbasis potensi lokal, namun pemahaman terkati teknik marketing juga ditanamkan dalam pelatihan ini. Tema “dirumahsaja” diartikan pelatihan yang dilakukan di rumah dengan cara distance learning dibekali buku layout menarik dan contoh hasil riset pembuatan kue. Secara keseluruhan program ini telah berjalan dengan baik. Indikator keberhasilan dilihat dari feedback yang diberikan oleh para peserta selama mengikuti kegiatan ini.
[The development and mentoring program based on local potential Karang Joang is one step to revive the economy of the local community. The training activities that were planned in the form of workshops were constrained by the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic so that the concept of the training was themed "at home". The training included pre-activities, socialization activities, training activities, remote assistance activities, and evaluation of activities. The material taught is not only about how to make cakes based on local potential, but a close understanding of marketing techniques is also embedded in this training. The theme "at home" means training conducted at home by way of distance learning provided with an interesting layout book and examples of research results in making cakes. Overall this program has run well. Indicators of success can be seen from the feedback given by the participants during this activity.]
