All article published in Jurnal Pengembangan Pembelajaran Matematika (JPPM) are fully Open Access and require article processing chargers to be paid following acceptance. Open Access Publishing implies that all readers, anywhere in the world, are allowed unrestricted access to full text of article, immediately on publication in JPPM. No payment is collected from the readers for accessing and using the articles. To help support researchers who are unable to meet partial or all of the costs associated with publishing open access, JPPM operates a waiver policy.

A waiver or partial waiver of author fees may be decided by the editor in case of lack of funding, excessive length of a submitted manuscript, or other reasonable reasons provided by the author during the submission. The author(s) should clearly declare that he asks for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission. A waiver is most likely to be denied if it is not asked in this stage. The waiver will have no effect on the review result.
