Abstract

Sumber daya pesisir dan lautan baik hayati dan non hayati yang sangat melimpah merupakan potensi penting dalam pembangunan umat. Hal ini mengingat luas wilayah laut Indonesia adalah 62% dari luas wilayah nasional. Namun kekayaan laut yang begitu potensial ini berbanding terbalik dengan kondisi umat di pesisir yang masih jauh dari harapan. Mayoritas umat di wilayah pesisir laut berprofesi sebagai nelayan dan masih berada di bawah garis kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan solusi aplikatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan klasik ini misalnya dengan metode CBCRM (Community Based Coastal Resource Management) melalui dukungan pembiayaan program dari bank syariah yang bersinergi dengan mitra bahari.
