WELFARE: Jurnal Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial does not charge fees for manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, or publication.

  • Article Submission: Free of charge (IDR 0).
  • Article Processing Charge (APC): Free of charge (IDR 0).
  • Article Publication: Free of charge (IDR 0).

Authors are not required to make a payment when submitting a manuscript, during editorial assessment or peer review, or after acceptance. No payment instructions or invoices are issued for these activities.

There is no paid Fast Track Peer Review service. All manuscripts are evaluated according to the same editorial standards, double-anonymous peer-review procedures, and publication ethics.

Editorial decisions are based solely on the manuscript's scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope. An author's financial circumstances do not influence acceptance or rejection.
