Abstract
Abstract - One of the challenges faced by adolescents is how they express emotions, which are more complex compared to those of children. These emotional expressions also influence how adolescents build interpersonal relationships with family, peers, romantic partners, and themselves. The psychoeducational activity on love languages aims to provide knowledge and experience through material presentations, interactive discussions, and reflective sessions related to the topic. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with participants consisting of adolescents from the Karang Taruna youth community in Kalurahan Jogotirto, Kapanewon Berbah, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research instruments used include pre-test and post-test questionnaires, direct observation, and reflections gathered from a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of this study indicate that the psychoeducation on love languages was positively received and effective in enhancing the understanding and awareness of adolescents regarding the importance of love languages in building healthy interpersonal relationships. Participants’ reflections also revealed a commitment to fostering more empathetic, respectful, and understanding relationships.

Abstrak - Salah satu permasalahan yang dialami oleh remaja adalah cara mereka mengekspresikan emosi yang lebih kompleks dibandingkan anak-anak. Emosi tersebut juga ikut memengaruhi bagaimana remaja membentuk relasi interpersonal dengan keluarga, teman sebaya, pasangan, dan diri sendiri. Kegiatan psikoedukasi mengenai bahasa cinta bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, dan refleksi yang berkaitan dengan topik kegiatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan partisipan kegiatan berasal dari remaja karang taruna Kalurahan Jogotirto, Kapanewon Berbah, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan berbasis pre-test dan post-test, observasi secara langsung, dan refleksi dari Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi Mengen ai bahasa cinta dinilai positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran remaja karang taruna terhadap pentingnya bahasa cinta dalam menjalin relasi interpersonal yang sehat.. Hasil dari refleksi peserta juga menunjukkan adanya suatu komitmen untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih empatik, saling menghargai, dan penuh pengertian.
