Abstract

Notary is a function that is used from the state in
the field of private law and applies the role in making

carrying out his profession. In order to ensure teh
complience in laws and codes of ethics, Notaries are
supervised by the regional supervisory board. The
existence of a regional supervisory board is required to
be carried out professionally in carrying out their duties
without any feeling of discomfort for the monitored
notary. Notaries need more concrete objective laws,
then the Notary Law and the Notary Code of Ethics
respond to these concerns. However, the complience to
