Mengembangkan Komunikasi yang Efektif Dalam Pembelajaran di Kelas

Proses pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi antara guru, siswa, dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar. Komunikasi yang baik antara siswa dengan guru dan sebaliknya, menjadikan interaksi antara keduanya dapat berjalan baik. Interaksi antara siswa dan guru akan menjadikan proses belajar mengajar di kelas menjadi sesuatu yang bermakna buat siswa. Komunikasi dapat menjadi media dalam memberikan umpan balik, merespon, dan sarana belajar, baik untuk guru maupun siswa. ]ika komunikasi yang terjadi antara guru dan siswa dapat berjalan efektif, maka pembelajaran mengajar di kelas bukan lagi menjadi hal rutin yang membosankan bagi siswa. Proses pembelajaran akan menjadi suatu kegiatan yang dapat memberikan pengalaman-pengalaman yang menarik dan diminati oleh siswa, sehingga apa yang menjadi tujuan akhir pembelajaran pada khususnya dan tujuan pendidikan pada umumnya akan tercapai.
