Abstract

Kajian tentang pesantren selalu identik dengan nilai-nilai yang dibangun dan dijalankan oleh seluruh elemen organisasi di dalamnya. Dalam hal ini Pesantren Putri Al-Mawaddah Panca Jiwa Pondok menjadi world view khususnya bagi santriwati oleh karena lahir dari core values yang membudaya dalam sistem organisasi pesantren itu sendiri. Melalui pendekatan sosio-antropologis, kajian ini menemukan benang merahnya, bahwa internalisasi core values Panca Jiwa Pondok mampu diterapkan secara baik karena nilai-nilai itu diimplementasikan secara dinamik dan terarah melalui kehidupan sehari-hari. Model ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian-penelitian yang sejenis guna pengembangan dari sisi metodis dan praksisnya.
