Abstrak
Penelitian ini menelaah tentang manajemen dakwah pada kelompok pengajian
Asmaul Husna, khususnya di tahun 2015-2016. Mengelola dakwah
membutuhkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan evaluasi yang
matang. Dibutuhkannya fungsi-fungsi manajemen agar tujuan dakwah dapat
dicapai dan hasilnya dapat dirasakan masyarakat sebagai mad‘u. Secara
metodologis, pemaparan deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dalam rangka melihat
dan memahami persoalan secara holistik sehingga analisis yang dilakukan dapat
maksimal dan menemukan benang merah. Kajian ini diharapkan menjadi salah
satu model penelitian jenis studi kasus di bidang manajemen dakwah. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ternyata dakwah tidak cukup dengan retorika
saja, melainkan membutuhkan perangkat metodis yakni manajemen.
