Archive Policy

Journal of Business Management and Islamic Banking is archived by CLOCKSS and LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration, it means that our content is securely preserved and stored by these digital preservation systems. CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) are initiatives designed to ensure the long-term accessibility and integrity of scholarly publications. These systems create multiple copies of our journal's content and distribute them to different locations, safeguarding against potential threats such as data loss, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. By being archived with CLOCKSS and LOCKSS, we enhance the resilience and permanence of our scholarly work, contributing to the preservation of knowledge for the benefit of future generations. All content in the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved with explicit publisher permission, secured via written contract or through online permission statements. We work closely with LOCKSS network implementers to facilitate development of governance and legal terms that are appropriate to the implicated content, jurisdictions, rights, and access affordances.
