Focus and Scope

Supremasi Hukum is a journal that aims to facilitate scholarly and professional discussions on the latest developments of legal issues and to publish innovative legal research that specifically focuses on the legal system, justice, and humanity in the Indonesian and/or global context. In brief, Supremasi Hukum Journal basically focuses on current topics regarding the legal system, justice, and humanity in the Indonesian and or global context.

The scope of this journal covers all legal issues in the perspective of the legal system, justice and humanity with various empirical and normative approaches. This includes various established fields of legal science which are generally divided into private law and public law, and in detail include Civil Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, State Administration Law, Customary Law, Agrarian Law, and Environmental Law as well as legal philosophy related to legal systems, justice and humanity.
