This statement outlines the ethical behavior expected of all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, and the publisher. This policy adheres to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

1. Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

  • Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly cited. All submitted articles are checked using plagiarism detection software.
  • Multiple Submissions: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously or publish it more than once.
  • Acknowledgement of Sources: Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given.
  • Authorship: Only those who have made significant contributions should be listed as authors. All co-authors must agree to the submission.
  • Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflict of interest.
  • Reporting Errors: If significant errors are discovered after publication, authors must promptly notify the editor for correction or retraction.

  • Acknowledgment of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published work that the authors have not cited.

4. Handling of Ethical Misconduct
