Author Fees

As part of our commitment to providing open access to high-quality research, this journal charges an article publication fee of IDR 750,000. This fee covers the full publishing process, including peer review, editing, formatting, and digital archiving. By supporting this fee, authors help uphold high academic standards and promote the broader dissemination of knowledge. Furthermore, the publication fee ensures that all published articles remain freely accessible to the global community, without financial barriers.

Below is the payment procedure for each article accepted and published in this journal:

  1. The author must make a payment via BNI Bank – Account Number: 39235019 – Account Name: BLU UIN SUKA.
  2. The author must confirm the payment through the following link: https://s.id/Payment_Confirm_JMES

Waiver Policy

  1. Articles with a corresponding author and/or first author from outside Indonesia may be considered for an APC exemption.
  2. Articles with a second and/or subsequent author from outside Indonesia are subject to an APC fee of IDR 500,000.
  3. Articles with a corresponding author and/or first author affiliated with Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta, are subject to an APC fee of IDR 500,000.
  4. Articles with a corresponding author and/or first author who is an undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral student (as verified by a valid student ID and a screenshot of their PDDikti record) are also subject to an APC fee of IDR 500,000.
  5. Articles for which the corresponding author and/or first author is a Master's student in Islamic Economics at UIN Sunan Kalijaga will be subject to an APC fee of IDR 375,000
