Authorship Complaints

Authorship complaints may include disputes about author order, omitted contributors, inappropriate inclusion, or changes requested after submission. The editorial team may request written explanations and documentation from the corresponding author and all affected parties.

When a complaint cannot be resolved by the authors, the journal may pause editorial processing until the authors' institution or authorized body provides clarification.
