SKIJIIM is supported through institutional journal management by Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The journal does not charge article processing fees to authors.

Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by revenue sources, institutional interests, or external pressure.
