Authors who publish with Jurnal Studi Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an dan Hadis agree to the following terms.
Copyright Ownership
Authors retain copyright in their published articles.
The author or authors grant Jurnal Studi Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an dan Hadis the right of first publication and a non-exclusive licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, display, index, archive, preserve, and make the Version of Record available in print and electronic formats.
Copyright is not transferred to the journal or publisher.
Creative Commons Licence
Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
This licence permits users to copy and redistribute the published article in any medium or format, provided that:

appropriate attribution is given to the author or authors;

the original publication in Jurnal Studi Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an dan Hadis is acknowledged;
-
a link to the licence is provided;
-
the use is non-commercial; and
-
the published article is distributed without modification or adaptation.
The licence does not permit users to distribute translated, revised, abridged, remixed, transformed, or otherwise adapted versions of the article without separate permission from the copyright holder.
No legal or technological restriction may be imposed that prevents other users from exercising the rights granted by this licence.
Authors’ Reuse Rights
Because authors retain copyright, they may:

deposit the published Version of Record in an institutional or subject repository;

place the published article on a personal or institutional website;

distribute copies to students, research participants, and academic colleagues;

use the article in teaching and academic presentations;

include the article in a thesis or dissertation;

reuse portions of the article in later publications; and

authorise translations, adaptations, or other uses not granted by the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence.
Any subsequent use should acknowledge the article’s first publication in Jurnal Studi Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an dan Hadis and include its complete bibliographic citation and DOI.
Separate permission may still be required for material owned by third parties.
Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for identifying material that they do not own and for obtaining any permission required for its publication and reuse.
Third-party material is not covered by the article’s Creative Commons licence when a credit line, copyright notice, or other statement indicates that different terms apply.
The inclusion of manuscript images, archival records, museum objects, library reproductions, photographs, maps, illustrations, datasets, figures, or tables must comply with the conditions imposed by the relevant copyright owner, holding institution, repository, library, archive, museum, or database.
Author Responsibility
By submitting and publishing an article, the authors confirm that:

they own the copyright or possess the authority required to publish the work;

the article does not unlawfully infringe the copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of any third party;

all necessary permissions have been obtained;

all sources and third-party materials have been properly acknowledged; and
-
the authors have agreed to the application of the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence to the published Version of Record.
