Open Access Statement

Jurnal Studi Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an dan Hadis provides immediate open access to all published articles. Readers may access, read, download, and share the journal’s published content without subscription, registration, or payment.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

Under this license, users may copy and redistribute the published article in any medium or format, provided that:

  1. appropriate credit is given to the author or authors;

  2. the original publication in Jurnal Studi Ilmu-ilmu al-Qur’an dan Hadis is acknowledged;

  3. a link to the Creative Commons license is provided;

  4. the material is not used for commercial purposes; and

  5. the published article is shared without modification or adaptation.

Users may not distribute translated, abridged, revised, remixed, transformed, or otherwise adapted versions of an article without separate permission from the copyright holder. The NoDerivatives restriction does not prohibit quotations, citations, or other uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions and limitations.

The Creative Commons license applies to the article as a whole unless otherwise indicated. Photographs, manuscript images, archival documents, illustrations, maps, datasets, figures, tables, or other third-party materials may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. Users are responsible for obtaining permission from the relevant rights holder when their intended use is not covered by the applicable license or by copyright exceptions.

Authors retain copyright in their articles and grant the journal the right of first publication and the non-exclusive rights necessary to publish, distribute, index, preserve, and make the Version of Record publicly available.

The journal does not impose access charges on readers. Its Article Processing Charge is a publication fee paid only after formal acceptance and does not restrict public access to published articles.
