Journal History

1. Jurnal Studi Ilmu-Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis is published by the Department of Qur’an Hadith Studies of the Faculty of Usuluddin UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta in July 2000 and published twice within one year i.e. January and July;
2. Since 2003, the journal has been awarded an accreditation based on the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia decree number 49/DIKTI/KEP/2003 about results of scientific journals Accreditation Period I 2003 dated 09 December 2003;
3. Since 2014, the journal is accessible online at http://ejournal.uin-suka.ac.id/ushuluddin/alquran therefore all articles published by Jurnal Studi Ilmu-Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis will have unique DOI number;
4. Since 2017, all article has been deposited in Portal Garuda;
5. Since 2018, the publication has been in collaboration with the Indonesian Qur’anic Studies Association (AIAT se-Indonesia) and Indonesian Hadith Studies Association (ASILHA);
6. Since 2018, the journal has been indexed by MORAREF by Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia;
7. Since 2018, The journal has been accredited (SINTA 3) by The Ministry of Research Tecnology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia decree (SK Dirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi) number 36/E/KPT/2019;
8. Since 2018, the journal publishes its articles in either English or Arabic languages;
9. Since 2020, The journal has been accredited (SINTA 2) by The Ministry of Research Tecnology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia decree (SK Dirjen Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi) number 85/M/KPT/2020 dated 01 April 2020.
