Focus and Scope

Jurnal Dakwah: Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah  always puts studies related to the discussion of da'wah, both normatively and historically as the main thing. focus of academic inquiry and invite comprehensive observations of multidisciplinary studies. The journal is a forum for da'wah studies in Indonesia and other parts of the world in challenging local and global contexts, supporting studies that focus on specific themes and cross-disciplinary studies. Subjects include textual studies and fieldwork with normative and historical perspectives.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to Jurnal Dakwah: Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

Publication Frequency

Asian Journal of Da'wah Studies is published twice a year (June and December) For the June Issue.  Article will be published no later than 30 June every year For the December Issue. Article will be published no later than 30 December every year Please submit your article using our online journal system

Article Publication Charge

Jurnal Dakwah: Media Komunikasi dan Dakwah  does not charge authors and readers with any fee. All the process of submission, publication, and maintenance of publication are free of charge.

Plagiarism Screening

It is basically author’s duty to only submit a manuscript that is free from plagiarism and academically malpractices. The editor, however, will check each article before its publication against as much as possible databases.
