Az-Zarqa’: Jurnal Hukum Bisnis Islam
Starting from Volume 17, Issue 1, 2025, Az-Zarqa’ will implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) for each accepted article.

1. General Policy

APC Fee: 40 USD per article.
When to Pay: Only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.
Free of Charge: The submission and peer-review process remain free.
Purpose: To support editorial management, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, and long-term preservation.

2. Payment Procedure

Authors will receive an official invoice via email after their article is accepted.
Payment can be made via:
Bank transfer (BSI)
International transfer (PayPal/other USD payment methods)
Proof of payment must be uploaded through OJS or sent to the editorial email.

3. Refund Policy

Non-refundable once payment has been made, except in cases of technical errors by the journal.
If the article is withdrawn by the author after acceptance and payment, the fee remains non-refundable.

4. Waiver and Discount Policy

The journal may grant waivers or discounts for:
Authors from low- or middle-income countries (based on World Bank classification).
Student authors (with official proof).
Articles resulting from strategic international collaborations.
Waiver/discount requests must be submitted upon submission via email to the editorial office.

5. Cost Transparency

Breakdown of APC allocation:
Editorial & Review Process: 60%
Copyediting & Typesetting: 30%
Online Publication: 10%
