Abstract: This study aims to describe the implicit meanings in the poem "الرحيل" (Departure) by Nāzik Al-Malāʾikah using Morris's three-dimensional semiotics, which includes syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic dimensions. The results of the study reveal that the poem "al-Rahīl" (Departure) consists of five stanzas divided into three parts. The first part, encompassing the first and second stanzas, reflects the speaker’s journey from "I" to "all his pain." The second part, covering the third and fourth stanzas, portrays the journey from "I" to "life." The third part consists solely of the fifth stanza, expressing "I" in relation to others. From these three sections, it can be concluded that the speaker has embraced both the sweetness and trials of life with sincerity and is preparing to leave the world, viewing death as a transition. The speaker hopes that their charitable actions in this life will be remembered.
