ESENSIA does not charge APCs, submission charges, or another fee. All processes of article publication are free of charge. |

Who do I contact if I want to confirm the publication of my paper? |
All manuscripts are subject to peer review and authors can expect a decision, or an explanation for the delay, within 8 weeks of receipt. If a revision is required, the corresponding author should submit the revised article within 2 weeks. The final decision is taken by the Editor-in-Chief based on the information gained through the peer-review process. In case that you would like to know in advance which issue your paper will appear in, please contact the managing editor of the journal. Nevertheless, once your paper has been published in an issue, you will be notified by email. |

Is my paper suitable

If you’ve read the focus and scope on the journal landing page and are still unsure whether your paper is suitable for the journal, please email the editor and include your paper's title and structured abstract. The editor will considers your manuscript’s suitability. |
How do I make a change to the list of authors once the manuscript has been submitted? |
Authorship and the order in which the authors are listed on the paper should be agreed prior to submission. If you need to make any changes to the author information once the paper is under review or has been accepted, we will look into your request and closely follow the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors (2011) by the Committee on Publication Ethics.
