Urgensi Kisah-Kisah Dalam Al-Qur'an Al-Karim Bagi Proses Pembelajaran PAI Pada MI/SD

Kisah-kisah umat terdahulu merupakan bagian dari isi kitab suci al-Qur'an. Pada periode awal turunnya al-Qur'an mayoritas masyarakat Makkah tidak percaya pada risalah yang dibawa Rasulullah SAW. Mereka justeru menganggap bahwa al-Qur'an itu hanyalah dongeng masa lalu (asdthir al-awwalin). Meski demikian, realitas yang terjadi semakin lama mereka mendengar ayat-ayat al-Qur'an justeru semakin banyak yang beriman. Kisah-kisah dalam al-Qur'an yang banyak diturunkan pada saat Nabi SAW di Makkah justeru menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi mereka. Dari sini nampak metode pembelajaran yang mengutamakan kisah-kisah patut dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan dalam mengajarkan PAI di kalangan pemula.
