Copyright Policy

JSR recognizes authors as the copyright holders of their published works. Authors grant JSR a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and make their accepted articles publicly accessible as the first publisher, without transferring copyright ownership to the journal.

Copyright protection applies from the date of an article's first official publication. Authors retain ownership of their work and may exercise their copyright in accordance with the applicable publishing license.

Copyright ownership is clearly identified in the full text of each published article, including HTML and PDF versions. Copyright for individual articles remains separate from that of the JSR website.

Authors are responsible for the originality of their submissions and for ensuring that their work does not violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.

This policy is publicly available on the JSR website and follows the relevant Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) principles concerning copyright transparency, clear publishing rights, and ethical scholarly publishing.
