About The Journal

Jurnal Restorasi Hukum ' P-ISSN 2502-1370; E-ISSN 2987-7571) is a journal published by the Pusat Studi dan Konsultasi Hukum was first published in 2015, managed by the Institute for Center for Legal Studies and Consultation (PSKH) of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Jurnal Restorasi Hukum is an open-access journal, published twice a year, in January-June and July-December, and it has been published online since Volume 5, Issue 1 2022. Jurnal Restorasi Hukum includes various scientific articles on the study of Sharia (Islamic law) and positive law, as well as conceptual-doctrinal and empirical studies. Articles are published through a process that involves article selection, double-blind peer review, and editing. Please read the writing guidelines carefully. Authors who wish to submit articles to Jurnal Restorasi Hukum journal must adhere to the writing guidelines. If the submitted article does not comply with the writing format, it will be REJECTED by the editors. The editors will only accept articles that adhere to the format.

Jurnal Restorasi Hukum is published twice a year, from January to June and from July to December. The editorial board invites academics, practitioners, and researchers in Sharia and law to contribute and develop their thoughts and research findings to be published in Jurnal Restorasi Hukum.
